Rob Richardson is currently a Principal Engineer at Location3. Rob has over 18 years of experience in software development and engineering. Rob was previously a Principal Software Engineer at Level 3 Communications, where they were the development and design lead for the BPM Portal, a web-based front-end for internal business processes management. Rob also co-led an internal development initiative called the Cornerstone Framework which consisted of reusable .NET class libraries to achieve reuse, and promote UI consistency and best practices across front-end, web-based applications within the company. Rob's technologies include ASP.NET C# Web Forms, MS AJAX, JQuery, JQueryUI, MS AJAX Control Toolkit, WCF, MS Enterprise Library 4.1 (Logging, Policy Injection, Caching), NUnit, RhinoMocks. Prior to that, they were a freelance web developer from 2002 to 2006, where they designed and developed websites for non-profit organizations while learning ASP.net, PHP, CSS, XHTML, SQL Server.

Rob Richardson completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Boulder in Business & Information Systems. After graduation, they went on to receive certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

They work with Garrett Sippel - Software Engineer, Kelsey Gladieux - QA Engineer. Rob Richardson reports to Ken Sipich, CTO.
