Thomas Lindsay

Thomas Lindsay has an extensive work experience in the manufacturing and operations industry. Thomas began their career in 2005 as a Lab Manager at TPI Composites, Inc. In 2007, they moved to Fiberspar as a Production Manager, where they implemented 5S methods, eliminated downtime, reduced paperwork, and increased utilization by 15-20%. In 2012, they joined NOV Fiberglass Systems as a Yard Operations Manager, where they were responsible for over 30 employees in three different manufacturing departments. Thomas was also a Lead Auditor certified ISO 9001:2008 and a member of a cost savings team that reduced costs over $20mm over 3 years. In 2016, Thomas Lindsay joined LOCI Controls, Inc. as Director of Operations and Field Service and HSE Manager.

Thomas Lindsay is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Columbia Southern University. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt in August 2016 and a Certified Manager of Landfill Operations from The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) in February 2019.
