Joshua T. Ouellette

Mr. Ouellette holds a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering with Information Technology from M.I.T. and a Masters Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University (with the distinction of Valedictorian). Mr. Ouellette has substantial experience working with statistics and developed the core of the Real-Time Targeting algorithm while working on his Master’s Thesis.
