Brendan Newman

Brendan Newman has over 18 years of professional experience. From 2003 to 2005, they worked for Visual Technology as a Web Design/IT, where they created a system to automate the way clients proofed and ordered their images. In 2005, they were an AmeriCorps Member for City Year Columbia, where they tutored at-risk students and coordinated a 16-week learning program for middle schoolers. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Web Production Specialist for NeighborWorks America. From 2007 to 2017, they were the Program Director for Bike & Build, where they managed a seven-year 50% participant growth and hired, trained, and supervised a staff of 32 young adults to lead cross-country cycling trips. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for Diligent Corporation as a Sales Automation Manager and Business Analyst, CRM. During this time, they managed an international team that supported their Salesforce CRM and integrated systems. Brendan also helped with the integration of the two businesses after Diligent's acquisition of BoardEffect. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Associate for Lock 8 Partners, where they worked with the organization's technology systems internally and throughout their portfolio of companies. Currently, they are the Interim Head of Revenue Operations for OfficeWork Software, LLC.

Brendan Newman attended Drexel University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media. Brendan also holds a Revenue Architecture - Pavilion certification from Winning by Design, which they obtained in October 2022. Additionally, they hold various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect.
