Frank Cao

Frank Cao has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Principal Consultant at eLoyalty in 2000. Frank then went on to become a Team Lead/Manager at Mannatech from 2002 to 2009. Following that, they worked as an IT Application Development Manager at BenefitMall from 2009 to 2011. Most recently, they served as the Director of Application Development at Locke Lord LLP starting in 2011.

Frank Cao, PSM completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Shanghai University, however, no information about the degree or field of study is available.
