Katherine Paciga

Katherine Paciga has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Katherine is currently serving as the Director of Talent and Recruitment at Locke Supply Co since August 2022. Prior to this, Katherine worked at The Bama Companies, Inc from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including Staffing Supervisor, Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ONEOK from 2014 to 2016 and as part of the Human Resources team at Hilti North America from 2012 to 2013. Katherine also has experience as a Recruiter at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2012 and as a Project Generalist at ASRC Aerospace from 2004 to 2007.

Katherine Paciga pursued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Masters of Management degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oklahoma from 1998 to 2002, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Letters.
