Rodrigo Herrera has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Rodrigo is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Locker in the City since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Development Consultant at ThoughtWorks from June 2021 to December 2021.
Rodrigo also has experience working with OrbitalAds as a Python senior developer from July 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at Tryolabs in various roles, including Project Manager from September 2017 to June 2020, Project Lead Developer from September 2015 to August 2017, and Senior Software Developer from December 2011 to August 2015.
Earlier in their career, Rodrigo worked at Timba Software as a Software Developer from August 2011 to November 2011, and at Binbit as a Software Developer from February 2009 to August 2011.
Rodrigo's professional journey began at TCS, where they served as a Software Developer from March 2007 to February 2009. At TCS, they gained experience in analyzing, designing, and developing banking solutions on Mainframe technology (Cobol, JCL, Cics, DB2) from 2008 to 2009. Rodrigo also worked on software solutions on a banking platform mostly using J2SE and J2EE from 2007 to 2008.
Rodrigo Herrera obtained a degree in Ingeniero en Computación from Universidad de la República. Rodrigo also achieved a Google Ads Search Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in July 2020.
