Chris Benson is a licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator specializing in 'rabies vector species', and the Founder & Managing Director of Animal Institute. They are also a Journalist at the Practical AI Podcast, the Founder & Organizer of Atlanta Deep Learning Meetup, and the Principal Artificial Intelligence Research Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Prior to these roles, they were the Chief Scientist of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Honeywell and the Chief Technology Officer at Luckie & Company. They have also held positions at Accenture, Aegis Ventures, Inc., Leader Labs, and Cogent Design.
