Esteban Riojas

Esteban Riojas is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the transaction lead for corporate development at Lockheed Martin since 2022. With a robust background in investment banking, Esteban previously led Japan-US cross-border M&A transactions at SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. from 2014 to 2021, and provided advisory services in the chemicals and materials sectors at The Valence Group from 2012 to 2013. Earlier experience includes roles at Jefferies, Atlas Air, BNP Paribas, GRUMA, and Vitro, showcasing a diverse skill set in financial analysis, industrials, and leveraged finance. Esteban holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by international education experiences in France and China.
