Victor Hernandez

Victor Hernandez MBA currently serves as Capture Manager at MKS2 Technologies. Previously, Victor held positions including Program Manager at Cognitive Medical Systems, overseeing complex IDIQ contracts for the Department of Veteran Affairs, and Business Development Manager at Julzian LLC, specializing in government contracting. Victor has extensive experience in managing government contracts with the Department of the Navy as Deputy Director of the Scientific Support Office, and previously worked as Director on the Board of Frontwave Credit Union. Experience includes serving as a Compensation and Pension Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs and conducting various roles within the private sector.
