Juan Montoro

Juan Montoro is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Conceptual Design Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin since August 2019, Juan has held various roles including Conceptual Design Manager and Program Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Engineering Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where Juan led teams in developing innovative unmanned aircraft. At Sikorsky, Juan served as Chief Engineer for the S-92 Development Programs, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and managing multiple development projects. Juan’s earlier career includes significant design engineering work at Lockheed Martin and Sikorsky, contributing to projects like the RAH-66 Comanche and various rotorcraft acquisitions.
