Strategic Investments Lead Analyst

Sebastian Escobar is a skilled aerospace professional with extensive experience at Lockheed Martin in multiple engineering roles, currently serving as a Strategic Planning Analyst within the Engineering Leadership Development Program. Previous roles at Lockheed Martin include Project Engineer and Model Based Systems Engineer, as well as contributions to system safety engineering for the C-130 aircraft. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Sebastian gained experience in flight operations safety at Southwest Airlines, where data analysis was applied to enhance safety management systems, and at United Airlines, focusing on software testing and financial management within training programs. An educator at heart, Sebastian also mentored students in engineering concepts during a college program. Sebastian holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Northwest Vista College.
