Sarthak Mohanty began their career in 2007 as a Loan Officer at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. Sarthak then moved to Barclays Investments & Loans India Ltd in 2008, where they served as a Customer Relationship Manager. In 2010, they joined Maximizer e-Services as a Client Relationship Manager. In 2011, they joined Crossdomain as a Manager - Customer Success, where they led post-sales initiatives and drove product adoption. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Key Account Manager at Founding Years Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and then in 2020, they became a Senior Manager - Customer Success at NewAge Software & Solutions. Currently, they are the Head - Customer Success (APAC) at Lockstep, a position they have held since 2022.

Sarthak Mohanty attended DAV Public School, Bhubaneswar until 1999. Sarthak then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from BJB College from 2001 to 2004. After that, they completed an MBA in Sales and Marketing and Human Resources from KIIT School of Management from 2005 to 2007. In 2020, they obtained the Inbound Marketing and Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy and the Certified Customer Success Manager from SuccessHACKER.
