Craig Poynton

Craig Poynton currently serves as the Interim Head of Global Customer Support at Asana, having previously held the position of Head of Customer Success APAC. Poynton is also a Co-Owner of Snowy Mountains Truffles, a truffle farm located on the Alpine Way. As a Board Member of Sydney Homeless Connect, Poynton plays a significant role in managing the annual initiative focused on supporting the homeless, with specific responsibilities related to IT improvements and resource management during the event. Poynton co-founded ConnectX Consulting in 2023 and has a notable background in customer success, having served as Vice President of Customer Success JAPAC at MuleSoft and Vice President of Strategic Services APAC at Salesforce, where experience was gained across New Zealand, Thailand, and Sydney. Career beginnings included roles at TOWER, IAG, and Capgemini, where Poynton developed expertise as a business analyst and project manager.
