Allen West

Allen West has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Lockton Dunning Benefits since 2005. Prior to this role, Allen held the position of Vice President of Network Management at both Cigna Dental and CIGNA from 1996 to 2005. Allen's career began at Health Economics Corporation, where the role of Director of Technical Services was undertaken from 1987 to 1996. Allen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas between 1982 and 1985, and also attended Texas Christian University from 1978 to 1980.
