Chris Rofe

Chris Rofe is currently the Partner and Head of Production at Lockton Companies. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Lockton Benefits from January 2013 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for domestic and international health, risk, and wellbeing benefits, including private medical insurance/healthcare trusts, group life, long-term disability, business protection, travel, dental, and other affiliated insurances and services. Chris is known for being data driven, analytical, and evidence based.

Before their time at Lockton Companies, Chris served as a Senior Consultant for Health & Productivity at Buck Consultants from May 2011 to December 2012. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients in the areas of health and productivity. Prior to that, Chris served as the Head of Client Relationships at AXA PPP healthcare from January 2006 to May 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing relationships with clients and providing them with the best possible healthcare experience.
