Josh Warren

Josh Warren is an experienced leader in the mergers and acquisitions advisory field, currently serving as the Transaction Advisory Practice Leader for the Pacific Series at Lockton Companies since April 2022. Prior to this role, Warren was the Senior Vice President and M&A Advisory Practice Leader at Newfront Insurance and The ABD Team, where responsibilities included operational leadership, client management, program design, and risk analysis for alternative asset managers. Warren also held the position of Executive Vice President and Global M&A Practice Leader at Equity Risk Partners, directing a property and casualty and executive liability service team. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Mesirow Financial and as a Producer at Neis Insurance. Warren holds an MBA in Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Secondary Education from Millikin University.
