Rebecca Krauland

Rebecca (Clark) Krauland, MAIOP, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR solutions and compensation management. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Solutions at Lockton, Rebecca has progressed through various roles including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager within the same department. Rebecca is actively engaged in the North Texas Compensation Association, serving as Senior Vice President and holding additional roles on the Board of Directors. Additionally, Rebecca contributes to the Tx Total Rewards Association as Secretary. Previous experience includes positions at MoneyGram International as Compensation Partner IV and Concho as Senior Compensation Analyst. Rebecca holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
