Tom Carruthers

Tom Carruthers is an Assistant Vice President Account Manager at Lockton, with experience dating back to October 2022. Prior to this role, Tom was a Corporate Broker at Lockton South Africa (Pty) Ltd from November 2019 to October 2022, where skills in corporate broking were developed after initial experience in the claims department. Tom has also held positions in business development and CSI consulting at Digital Butter, focusing on improving internal processes and fostering partnerships between non-profits and corporates. Early experience includes internships at Canback Consulting and FCB Global. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Management, a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting, and has completed a short course in Digital Marketing from the University of Cape Town.
