Tom Ellis

Tom Ellis has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Tom is currently the Transportation Business Group Director at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. Since 2008, they have held various leadership roles at HNTB, including Southern California Office Leader, Corporate National Sales Senior Vice President, Central Division President, Houston Office Leader, Division Sales Officer, and Division Operations Officer. Prior to that, they served as the San Antonio and Austin Office Leader at HNTB. Tom began their career as a District Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation.

Tom Ellis attended Texas A&M University from 1979 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation and Highway Engineering.
