Jessica M. has a diverse range of work experience. Jessica began their career as a Social Media & Events Associate at LS14 Trust - Digital Lounge, where they managed social media campaigns and designed promotional materials. Jessica then worked as a Media/Film Crew member at London 2012 Olympics, where they filmed, edited, and photographed various aspects of the event. Jessica also gained experience as an Events/Production Stage Manager at Seed Staff, where they managed a stage at the Lolibop festival. Jessica continued their career as an Entertainments/Community Associate & Official Photographer at Nottingham Trent University, where they communicated with customers, operated cash registers, and managed event logistics.

Jessica then transitioned into the gaming industry, starting as a Senior Community Developer at Tamriel Foundry, where they moderated online communities and managed a game guild. Jessica later joined Sandbox Interactive as a Senior Community Developer, working on development and communication for gaming community. Currently, they are at Lockwood Publishing Ltd, where they have held various positions including Community Team member, Player Support Supervisor, Player Support Lead, and currently, Player Support Senior Lead. Their responsibilities in these roles include providing support to players, managing teams, and overseeing player support operations.

Throughout their work experience, Jessica has consistently showcased their skills in community management, customer service, and event coordination. Jessica has also demonstrated their creativity through design work and their passion for multimedia production.

Jessica M.'s education history includes a variety of fields of study. In 2018, they attended the University of Nottingham for a brief period, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied at the Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies, specializing in Game and Interactive Media Design. The majority of their undergraduate studies were completed at Nottingham Trent University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Multimedia from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica M. has obtained certifications to further enhance their skill set. In 2023, they completed a postgraduate course called "Women In Leadership" at Nottingham Trent University. Jessica also obtained the "STEM AMBASSADORS - NORTH MIDLANDS" certification from FutureLearn in July 2021.
