Dr.joseph Birnbaum

Dr. Joseph Birnbaum, an experienced optometrist, worked at Locum Tenens USA from May 2000 to December 2011. Dr.Joseph is a NYS Certified Low Vision Rehabilitation Specialist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Birnbaum has expertise in all aspects of refractive optometric care, including treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr.Joseph also served as the past President of the Hudson Valley Optometric Society and The Orange County Hudson Valley Health Systems Agency.
