David McAnally Jr.

David McAnally Jr. has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career in 1989 with Medical Doctor Associates as a Division/Regional Manager, where they worked for eight years and created two start-up companies. David then went on to found Allied Health Group, a division of Medical Doctor Associates, where they managed the company and expanded it nationwide. In 1998, they joined MSI International as the General Manager, overseeing a physician locum tenens firm and an IT technical contract staffing firm. From 2003 to 2010, they served as the Managing Partner at Hire Dynamics Rx. In 2010, after the acquisition of Hire Dynamics Rx by Jackson Healthcare, they became the Vice President for Jackson Healthcare's pharmacy division, Jackson Pharmacy Professionals. In addition to this role, they also managed the sales team at AdvancedPractice.com as Vice President. In 2013, they joined LocumTenens.com as the Vice President of Emergency Medicine and later took on the roles of Vice President of Sales Training/Partner and Vice President of Learning & Development. In these roles, they managed teams, oversaw hiring and training, and was responsible for market strategy, coordination with support services, and P&L responsibilities.

David McAnally Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1981 to 1983. Prior to that, they studied Biology at Lipscomb University from 1979 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, David holds certifications in Service Ready & Customer Experience, EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence assessment tool and training program), and EQi 2.0/EQ 360.
