Caroline N. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Caroline started their career in 2005 as the Director of the Women's Business Center at New Visions, New Ventures. In 2010, they joined Virginia Community Capital and held various roles including Program Specialist, Advisory Services Manager, Community Investments Manager, and Director of Community Investments. Caroline then progressed to become the SVP, Director of Investor Relations, and finally the Chief External Affairs Officer.

As our potential role in realizing those visions takes shape, we offer our unique expertise, products, and services as tools to make real impact possible.
