Sidra Dorofi

Sidra Dorofi is currently a PhD student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since August 2024. Prior to this, Sidra worked at Locus Biosciences, Inc. from May 2022 in various roles, including Research Associate, Research Technician II, and Research Technician. Sidra also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the North Carolina State University Biotechnology Program from May 2021 to May 2022, where volunteer research focused on time-resolved single stranded binding protein occupancy during DNA repair under the guidance of Dr. Stefanie Chen. Sidra earned a degree in Microbiology from North Carolina State University, completing studies from 2018 to 2022.
