Joe Arcuri has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe began their career as an Engineer in the Advanced Energy Programs Department at GE, where they worked on the development of advanced Beta Batteries. Joe then moved on to GE Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory as a Systems Programmer. At General Electric Aerospace, Joe worked as a Systems Engineer, specializing in system test and integration planning for SDI Space-based Infrared Seeker system.

In 1990, Joe transitioned to a role in the public sector as Chairman of the Board and Town Assessor at the Town of Deerfield, NY. Joe later became the Town Supervisor, overseeing the management of the town.

Joe returned to the private sector in 1993 at Lockheed Martin, where they served as a Senior Project Engineer, leading software project management for real-time video data acquisition and control instrumentation subsystems.

In 1998, Joe joined ClickSoftware, Inc. as a Senior Solution Consultant, specializing in solutions selling to Fortune 500 customers. Joe was eventually promoted to Regional Manager of Sales Engineering and later became the Director of Solution Consulting, leading a team of solution consultants and breaking the $100M annual revenue threshold.

Joe's next career move was to Salesforce.com, where they worked as an Account Executive for Service Cloud, focusing on sales and account management.

Currently, Joe serves as the Sales Director for Utilities in the US and Canada at Locusview. Locusview offers digital construction platforms for gas and electric utility capital projects, with a focus on real-time data and operational excellence.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated their expertise in sales, account management, and technical presales support, with a particular emphasis on the utilities and construction industries. Joe has received recognition and awards for their contributions to revenue growth and team leadership.

Joe Arcuri obtained a BS degree in Chemistry/Computer Science from Union College in 1982. In addition, they hold the certification of Eagle Scout from Boy Scouts of America.
