Louie Moran has a diverse range of work experience in the field of construction and design. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Drafter at NTD Architecture, where they prepared and coordinated construction documents for K-12 education facilities. Louie then moved on to Quatro Design Group, where they worked as a Designer and generated operations for Los Angeles Unified School District projects. At Fast-Track Construction, they served as a Project Engineer for K-12 education projects and prepared and managed change orders and submittals. Louie then joined L&M Drafting Service as a Designer, where they completed construction documents for residential housing projects.
In 2012, Louie joined Interstate Mechanical Corporation as a BIM Coordinator, working on INTEL fabrication facilities and collaborating with project managers and foremen to coordinate mechanical and plumbing systems. Louie later worked as a BIM Engineer at D.L. Withers Construction, where they coordinated and supervised all aspects of construction projects, including the Maricopa County Sheriff's Headquarters.
In 2014, Louie became a BIM Coordinator at MVE & Partners, Inc., before transitioning to the role of Associate and BIM Coordinator at MVE + Partners, Inc. Louie served in these roles until 2017, when they joined Plannerly - The BIM Management Platform as VP of Customer Success. Throughout their career, Louie has gained extensive experience in BIM management, customer success, and construction coordination.
Louie Moran attended Anthem College-Phoenix from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting.
