Emma Yim

Emma is based in the Sydney office and works across Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance and Financial Services practice areas of LOD Legal. Her clients include start-ups to ASX listed companies and she advises on acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, AFSL issues amongst other matters. Prior to joining LOD Legal, Emma worked at Clayton Utz, Allens Linklaters, Babcock & Brown and CapitaLegal. She has been seconded to Borloo Saigne et Associés (Paris), Allen Overy (London), Allianz (Sydney), Suncorp Group (Sydney), Xero (Sydney) and Domain Group (Sydney).
