Michaela Bernklauova

Michaela Bernklauova has extensive work experience in finance operations and payroll management. Michaela is currently the Head of Finance Operations at LOD. Prior to that, they worked at RP International as the Group Pay & Bill Manager. Before RP International, Michaela held various roles at Arrows Group, including Pay and Bill Manager, Healthcare Payroll Manager/Project Manager, Healthcare Payroll Supervisor, and Healthcare Payroll Administrator. Michaela started their career at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where they worked at The Peak Health Club.

Michaela Bernklauova has a diverse education history. In 2002-2005, they studied Hospitality Management in Pilsen. In 2005-2006, they attended the Language School in Pilsen to focus on the English language. From 2010 to 2011, Michaela furthered their executive skills by attending the Pitman Training Group, specializing in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary as well as Executive PA. Additionally, in May 2020, Michaela obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
