Roger Siddle

Roger joined LOD in 2018 as non-executive chairman and is responsible for making sure the business has good governance and an appropriate strategy in place. He has a wide range of business experience, chairing other private businesses in the financial and professional services world and having been Chief Executive of two public companies, Findel plc and BPP Holdings plc. He is also a former UK Managing Partner of Bain and Company, the leading global strategy consulting firm.
