Jennifer McPherson has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources and payroll and benefits management. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as a Payroll/Benefits specialist at Fugate Enterprises, where they worked until 2003. In 2003, they joined LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. as a Payroll & Benefits professional and later progressed to the role of Human Resource Manager. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Sr. Director - Human Resources at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. Jennifer'sextensive experience in these areas makes their a valuable asset to any organization.
Jennifer McPherson attended West High School from 1993 to 1996. Jennifer then pursued higher education and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Butler Community College from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they continued their education at Friends University from 2001 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
