Guillaume BECKER has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Guillaume started their career at Mercedes-Benz Truck as an Industrial Work Placement in 2010. Guillaume later worked as a Project Manager Assistant at Palm Mobile (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. in 2011. In 2012, they joined CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission) as a Junior Engineer, where they focused on studying granular flow, optimizing mold filling processes, and analyzing ball trajectories in a ball mill.

In 2012, Guillaume joined ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solution as a Project Engineer, responsible for process definition and mill sizing in cement and mining projects. Guillaume later became a Commissioning Manager and Engineer, overseeing the commissioning of cement lines, cement grinding plants, and mining projects until 2018.

Since 2018, Guillaume has been working at Loesche GmbH as a Technical Field Service Engineer and Commissioning Engineer. Guillaume has been involved in the supervision of mechanical installations and the optimization of production processes. Guillaume also trains client operation teams and conducts performance tests. Currently, they are the Site Manager for the construction of a new cement grinding plant in Ouagadougou, Burkina-Faso, leading a complete EPC/Turnkey project until 2023.

Guillaume Becker completed their education history as follows:

- From 2004 to 2007, they attended Lycée Couffignal in France and obtained their Baccalauréat (high school diploma) in Electrical and Industrial Engineering.

- From 2009 to 2012, they attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and earned a Master of Engineering (or MSc) degree in Génie mécanique, énergétique et industriel.

- In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at Chongqing University, where they studied Mechanical Engineering for a year.

- In the same year, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics and Technologies of Nuclear Fusion at Institut national des sciences et techniques nucléaires (INSTN).

In addition to their formal education, Guillaume Becker has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the Habilitation électrique certification from Apave, covering B2V, B2Vessais, BC, BR, and HO. In 2015, they acquired certifications in ATEX0 from Mase Méditerranée GIPHISE, as well as Chef de manœuvre élingueur, Utilisation et vérification journalière d'échafaudages, and Espaces confinés from HELIATEC.
