Francisco Maysonet

Francisco Maysonet is an experienced culinary and transportation professional with a robust background in the food industry. Currently serving as Transportation Manager at Loffredo Fresh Produce since August 2013, Francisco has previously held positions including Sous Chef at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from August 2012 to August 2014, Line Cook at McCoy's Public House and Brew Kitchen from July 2011 to July 2013, and Head Chef at Bex Bar and Grill from February 2009 to March 2012, where daily operations were managed. Earlier experience includes working as Line Lead at Yard House Restaurants from November 2007 to September 2010, training new cooks to uphold company standards. Francisco holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Miami Dade College, attended from 1997 to 1999.
