Iman Jones-Doxen

Iman Jones-Doxen is an accomplished professional in technical design with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Head of Wovens- Technical Design at Amazon since November 2021, Iman previously held the position of Senior Technical Designer at ANN INC, where Iman effectively managed fit for Knit Tops and led several initiatives, including a successful 3D Browzwear pilot, earning recognition for contributions to sustainability and diversity efforts. Previous roles include Senior Technical Designer for Petite/Tall lines at The Limited, where Iman significantly increased sales and streamlined processes, and Tech Design & Product Development Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren, overseeing multiple divisions and ensuring fit perfection. Iman holds a BS in Fashion Design/French from Fordham University along with additional qualifications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and the London College of Fashion.
