Sabur Akinade

Sabur Akinade is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at LOFT Community Services since April 2024, Sabur previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Camphill Communities Ontario from September 2018 to May 2024. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at Catholic Crosscultural Services, HR Coordinator at Metro Supply Chain Group, and HR Manager for Learning and Development at Kent College of Business and Computing. Initial HR management experience was gained at Ultiroy Investment Nig. Ltd. and United Bank For Africa PLC in customer service and administrative roles. Sabur holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Greenwich, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Wales, and a Post Graduate degree in Management from GSM London, along with foundational education from Kwara State Polytechnic.
