Henry Marshall

Henry Marshall is the current Vice President of Finance at Loft Orbital. Prior to joining Loft Orbital, Henry worked as a finance operations consultant at Accordion Partners from March 2017 to July 2019. There, they were responsible for enhancing the finance function of clients' corporate strategy, equity/debt funding, FP&A, reporting, and sale preparation processes among other strategic and corporate finance topics.

Before their work at Accordion Partners, Henry worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley from August 2014 to February 2017. There, they provided strategic advisory and execution of M&A, equity, and debt financing processes for established global businesses as well as emerging growth companies.

Henry's career began at The Riverside Company where they worked as a Senior Associate of Strategic Analysis & Sourcing from August 2007 to August 2012. In this role, they managed portfolio company financial oversight to allocate operating resources, enhance investor reporting, and support fundraising efforts.

Henry has extensive experience in the finance industry and has proven himself to be a valuable asset to any organization.

Henry Marshall is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance and accounting. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Middlebury College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English. During their time at Middlebury, they also took part in a study abroad program at the University of Otago.

Henry Marshall reports to Pierre-Damien Vaujour, Co-Founder & CEO. Henry Marshall works with Lucas Brémond - Chief Architect & Satellite Operations, Pieter van Duijn - CTO, and Alex Greenberg - Co-Founder & COO.
