Andrew Helean

Andrew Helean has worked in a variety of roles over the past seven years. In 2021, they began working as an Ecommerce & Operations Specialist for Axe Bat, and later as a Customer Success Representative, utilizing Shopify, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP to manage inventory and fulfillment, building and implementing Zendesk Chat and Zendesk Guide customer support solutions, and effectively managing large institutional and DTC accounts. Andrew also began working as a Property Manager for Loftium in 2021. In 2022, they took on the role of Assistant Baseball Coach for Seattle Public Schools. In 2018, they worked as a Volunteer Small Business Consultant for Washington Family Law Tech and a Code Compliance Inspector for Chelan County Department of Community Development, where they gained a strong understanding of applicable state, local, and federal regulations for practical application on over one-hundred annual zoning, building, and environmental code enforcement cases, maintained a strong case closure rate, and significantly reduced preexisting open case backlog. In 2016, they worked as a Tax Processor for Johnson & Associates CPA, preparing tax documents for IRS and client mailing, scanning and organizing source documents for individual and corporate tax returns, and ensuring agreement between source documents and final filings. In 2015, they worked as an Expeditor for Ray's Boathouse, Cafe & Catering, a Sales Associate for Sports Authority, and an Assistant Student Manager for the University of Redlands. In 2014, they worked as a Construction Worker for Uresco Construction Materials.

Andrew Helean attended Lakeside School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their high school degree. Andrew then attended Gonzaga University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In June 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
