Brianna Mawcinitt has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Brianna started their career as a Social Media Manager intern at Sidewalk Talk in Los Angeles in 2016, where they promoted Mental Health Awareness Month and volunteer events through various social media platforms. In 2018, they joined Prowess Consulting LLC as an Operations Coordinator, where they facilitated internal communications and practices to improve overall operations. Brianna then worked at Appen as an Associate Project Manager from 2020 to 2021, overseeing project management tasks. Brianna then joined Loftium as an Onboarding Customer Success Manager in 2021, and later became a Customer Success Manager after the company was acquired by Flyhomes in 2023. Throughout their career, Brianna has demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills, including managing teams, driving sales improvements, and implementing strategic plans.

Brianna Mawcinitt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Arizona State University, which they attended from 2015 to 2017.
