Victoria Armstrong

Victoria Armstrong, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President of People Operations at Loftware since May 2022, where Victoria leads global People Operations and champions company culture as a member of the executive team. Prior experience includes Vice President of People & Transformation at IGT, where Victoria directed a global HR team and supported senior management across various business sectors. Victoria's career began at GTECH, progressing from Regional HR Manager to roles focused on resource management and business operations. Victoria's early experience in management roles at international leisure companies provided a foundation for a diverse and successful career in human resources. Victoria holds an MBA in Business Psychology from Business Institute Denmark.
