Andrea Ledbetter has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they interned as a Tournament Management Intern at Jr. Irish Soccer Club, where they managed hotel accommodations for teams and secured financial reimbursement. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington, supervising experiment participants and ensuring successful data submission. Andrea then took on the role of Art Beat Coordinator-Intern at Downtown South Bend, Inc. in 2013, recruiting artists, presenting beautification projects, and organizing productions. At the same time, they also worked as an Instructor at Soccer Shots, teaching children soccer skills and character building. In 2014, Andrea held the position of Senior Community Director at March of Dimes, focusing on fundraising, business development, and brand awareness. Andrea also served as a Small Business Consultant at ADP, providing scalable solutions to businesses and helping with cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and compliance. In 2015, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Crystal Ballroom at the Lerner Theater, organizing various types of events. Andrea then became a Venue Manager at Thomas Caterers of Distinction in 2017. In 2018, Andrea joined Goodwill Industries of Michiana as a Marketing Manager, and later became the Director of Marketing before moving on to become the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement at LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. in 2023.
Andrea Ledbetter obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Andrea attended the university from 2010 to 2013.
