Paul Gill

Paul Gill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Paul started their career as a Design Engineer at Rover Group in 1990, where they achieved expertise in computer-aided design and developed engine components with advanced materials technology. Paul then joined LuK GmbH in 1992 as a Design Engineer, where they played a crucial role in designing and developing patented products for Nissan Micra, Primera, and Ford Fiesta.

In 1995, Paul joined the Unipart Group of Companies as a Project Engineer, contributing their technical skills and expertise until 2000. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2008, they worked at Siemens Magnet Technology as a Project Manager. In this role, they managed the delivery of magnetic resonance imaging systems, ensuring financial and technical requirements were met. Paul also led multi-disciplinary teams, reported to senior management, and effectively controlled project budgets.

In 2008, Paul embarked on an entrepreneurial journey as the Director of SPRAYDOWN SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Paul developed and grew the start-up venture with a patented product, focusing on aggressive sales and marketing strategies to increase turnover. Paul assumed direct ownership of both technical and commercial activities, aimed to diversify the business, and achieved rapid returns on investment.
