Dayana Soledade has been working in the sales industry since 2011. Dayana Soledade began their career at Toyota Guebor Veículos as a Consultora de Vendas, where they were responsible for attending to customers, identifying their needs, demonstrating products, negotiating and selling accessories. In 2017, they joined Atento Brasil as an Operadora de Telemarketing and later as a Supervisora de Operações, where they implemented and monitored operational performance, participated in periodic meetings to improve results and product quality, and monitored calls.
