Luisa Salomão has been in the customer service industry since 2013. Luisa began their career at FUNPAR - Fundação da Universidade Federal do Paraná as an Atendimento. In 2016, they joined TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá as an Analista de Customer Service, Assistente de Customer Service, and Assistente de Gestão de Fluxo. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Logcomex as a Customer Success Analyst and a Customer Support Analyst.
