Lincoln Coutinho

Lincoln Coutinho has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering, with a focus on tech leadership and specialist roles. Lincoln began their career as a WebMaster PHP e .NET at Setefit in 2013, where they developed backend and frontend systems. Lincoln then worked as a Programador PHP Pleno at APAMAGIS - Associação Paulista de Magistrados from 2013 to 2015. At Multifocus Engenharia de Software, they served as a Senior Programmer and was responsible for developing modules and applications for the ERP, utilizing MVC architecture and MySQL.

In 2015, Lincoln joined Agência 3Xceler as an Analytical Developer Senior and then moved to UOL - Universo Online as an Analyst Developer Senior in 2016. Lincoln further progressed in their career by joining UNINOVE as a Graduate Teacher in 2018.

In 2018, Lincoln joined Dafiti Group as a Software Engineering Specialist and later served as a Technical Leader. Lincoln focused on leading multi-disciplinary development teams, elaborating development guilds, and working on projects like the new search engine and the current search engine. Lincoln's responsibilities included designing solid architectures, implementing caching strategies using Redis, and promoting open-source culture. Lincoln also worked with tools like Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, Apache Hadoop, and Apache Airflow.

In 2020, Lincoln joined Via Varejo SA as a Tech Lead and Software Engineering Specialist, where they had leadership responsibilities and worked on projects related to search engines. Lincoln developed a new search engine based on event-driven architecture and worked on maintaining the current search engine. Lincoln also encouraged benchmarking and the development of good practices within the development team.

Most recently, Lincoln joined Facily in 2021 as a Tech Lead and Staff Software Engineer. Lincoln'sresponsibilities included improving development practices, creating RFCs, and setting standards for the tribe. Lincoln's work experience demonstrates their expertise in software engineering, tech leadership, and their ability to work on complex projects with a focus on architectural design, performance, and open-source tools. Starting in 2023, they will be joining Loggi as a Tech Lead and Software Engineering Specialist.

Lincoln Coutinho attended Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Ciencias da Computação with a specialization in Programação de Computadores - Aplicativos Específicos. Prior to that, they studied Engenharia Mecatronica at ETEC Martin Luther King from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Mecatrônica, Robótica e Engenharia de Controle e Automação. Lincoln also pursued various certifications and courses related to computer programming and applications, including Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET MVC, C#, PHP, ASP, and SQL.
