Pradeep Pampadi

Pradeep Pampadi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 25 years. Pradeep began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst, where they worked from 1996 to 2000. Pradeep then moved on to Systems Task Group, where they served as a System Analyst for two years, focusing on business and system analysis, design, development, and deployment.

In 2002, Pradeep joined NYMEX and held various roles during their tenure. Pradeep started as a Software Developer, responsible for requirement analysis, design, and development of critical applications used in the day-to-day functioning of the Commodity Exchange. Pradeep then progressed to the role of Sr. Software Engineer, where they continued to contribute to the development and design of critical applications. Finally, Pradeep took on the position of Director, Billing and Settlement Development, where they managed a development team and oversaw the requirement analysis, design, and development of key applications.

Pradeep transitioned to CME Group in 2009, where they initially worked as a Technology Specialist. In this role, they led a development team, finalized requirements with the business team, and collaborated with the QA team on testing requirements. Pradeep later advanced to the position of Manager Software Engineering, focusing on process improvement, requirement management, and delivery schedule management.

In 2012, Pradeep joined Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as a Consultant, providing expert advice and guidance in their area of expertise.

Pradeep then moved to Saveer Biotech Limited in 2014, where they served as a Senior Project Coordinator. In this role, they specialized in strategic IT and process improvement consulting, streamlining operations in greenhouse manufacturing and implementing integrated software solutions.

Pradeep'smost recent role is with Logic Information Systems, where Pradeep has held various positions since 2015. Pradeep started as a Senior Manager, leading a team of Java professionals to support the growing demand for techno-functional resources in Oracle Retail Suite. Subsequently, Pradeep took on the role of Director - Retail Services / Java Technologies & Retail Planning Practice Head. In this capacity, they oversaw the Java Technologies practice and Oracle Retail Planning practice, building the offshore practice and delivering solutions to clients in areas such as merchandising, store operations, and POS. Pradeep was responsible for coordinating with clients, project development teams, resource management, talent acquisition teams, and ensuring process improvements to deliver quality services and improve project delivery timelines.

Pradeep Pampadi has a strong educational background, with degrees in both finance and mechanical engineering. Pradeep obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore, from 1994 to 1996. Prior to their MBA, Pradeep completed their Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1990 and 1992. Pradeep also holds another Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, which they received from 1989 to 1991.

Furthermore, Pradeep has obtained additional certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In 2013, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
