Justin Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the sustainability and energy industry. Justin is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Logical Buildings since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Smart Building Solutions Manager at the same company from May 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Logical Buildings, Justin worked at Artis Energy from 2015 to 2021. Justin started as an Energy Services Associate in February 2015, providing sales support, prospect database development, marketing, customer service, and project management support. Later, they became an Account Executive in May 2018, handling relationships with stakeholders and managing multiple project activities. Justin also worked as a Project Manager from January 2016 to December 2018, where they established relationships with stakeholders, managed project activities, and facilitated cross-functional meetings.

In 2014, Justin had two roles. Justin worked as an Outreach Event Representative at Next Step Living, engaging prospective customers in conversations about home energy solutions and educating homeowners about reducing their carbon footprint and utility bills. Justin also interned as an Operations Research Intern at A Better City, conducting research on sustainability technologies and programs.

In 2013, Justin worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, pursuing an M.S. in Sustainability Science. Overall, they have a strong background in customer success, project management, sales support, and sustainability research.

Justin Gonzalez (he/him) earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sustainability Science--Urban Sustainability from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Quinnipiac University - School of Business, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics, spanning from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including "Salesforce: Dashboards" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Learning SQL Programming" from LinkedIn in July 2020, "Creating a Business Plan" from LinkedIn in May 2020, and "LEED Green Associate" from USGBC in May 2014.
