Gerardo Santiago

Gerardo Santiago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and system architecture. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Logicalis since March 2023, Gerardo previously spent nearly 17 years at Cisco in various roles, including System Architect, Technology Solution Architect, Consulting System Engineer, and System Engineer. Gerardo’s expertise encompasses architectural specialization, communication facilitation with key stakeholders, and participation in partner enablement activities. Before Cisco, Gerardo held managerial positions at Movilnet from 1997 to 2006, overseeing the engineering of fixed and wireless data networks. Gerardo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, where education was completed from 1990 to 1996.
