Sarah Chapdelaine's work experience begins with their role as a Program Director at YMCA Camp High Harbour in 2014. In 2015, they served as the Membership Education Vice President for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. In 2016, they interned as a Risk Advisory Intern at EY. Sarah then joined EY as a Risk Advisory Services employee in 2017 and later became a Senior Technology Risk Consultant in 2019. In 2020, Sarah joined LogicGate as a Customer Success Manager and progressed to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Success.
Sarah Chapdelaine obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford, focusing on Environmental Economics and Romantic Literature. In terms of additional certifications, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in November 2015. Later, in May 2020, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. Most recently, in November 2022, they completed the Customer Success Manager - How to Deliver certification from Startdeliver.
