Rachel Provosty Sheriff

Rachel Provosty Sheriff is the current Vice President, Head of Global Customer Success at LogicMonitor. Rachel has held this position since October 2020.

Rachel has over 15 years of experience in customer success, business development, and marketing. Rachel started their career as a Senior Marketing Manager at Digitas North America in January 2005. In January 2006, they became an Account Supervisor at JWT. Rachel then moved to nFusion as Head of Business Development and Marketing in April 2009 and later became an Account Supervisor in April 2008.

In May 2014, Rachel joined Bazaarvoice as a Client Partner. Rachel was promoted to Managing Director, Customer Success in April 2017. In October 2018, they left Bazaarvoice to join Accruent as Vice President, Global Customer Success. Rachel was promoted to SVP, Global Customer Success and Strategic Renewals in January 2020. Rachel left Accruent to join LogicMonitor in October 2020 as Vice President, Head of Global Customer Success.

Rachel Provosty Sheriff has a B.A. in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University.
