Kelli Witherspoon has worked in the telecommunications and security industries since 2007. Kelli began their career at Wachovia Corp as a Physical Security Specialist in Corporate Security, where they were certified in Digital Monitoring Products and Security Alarm Panels. Kelli also served as a liaison between Alarm Monitoring and CPG vendors for store refurbish projects. In 2009, they joined Wells Fargo as a Technical Service Specialist I-ATM Support, providing telephone support for 12,000+ device network and maintaining a network ATM Availability of 98.75%. Kelli was also a Technical Service Specialist II-Voice Support and a Security Analyst/Alarm Monitoring-Corporate Security, where they supported the Wells Fargo/Wachovia merger of over 2,000 devices, monitored over 6,000 Alarm panels daily, tracked and trended recurring incidents, and assisted team members with alarm monitoring, technical support, and incident related questions. In 2020, they joined LogicomUSA\u00ae as Manager of Voice Operations and a Local Number Porting Specialist.

Kelli Witherspoon began their educational journey at Providence High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 2000. Kelli then attended Appalachian State University, studying Psychology and Elementary Education, from 2000-2004. Kelli continued their education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2007.
